Three fictional individuals are arrested as “found-ins” during Operation Soap—a real and infamous event when Toronto police raided several bathhouses, leading to one of the largest mass arrests in Canadian history. Among the found- ins, we meet Honey, an aging queen with nothing to lose; Darren, a closeted, married man with everything to lose; and Eddy, a long-suffering bathhouse employee and a recent immigrant from Latin America. Three individuals, three arrests, three separate reactions. As the Toronto gay community rallies in the aftermath—sparking what is often cited as the beginning of
Canada’s Pride movement—each must decide how to respond when dignity, livelihoods, and the future of their community are on the line.

Proposed Presentation Fees:
1 performance: $4500
2 performances: $6,000
3 performances: $7,000
Additional performances negotiable
Fees include the touring company of 3 performers and 3 production personnel, as well as the existing production elements required to present the work.
Travel, accommodation and per diems are additional and can be arranged by the presenter or negotiated as part of the engagement.
The production is also open to other financial arrangements to present the work including ticket splits and the like.
Fees are negotiable for multi-city engagements, festival presentations and presenters booking multiple performances.
